Custom Products

All products sold by Teathers are custom-made using customer-submitted images or selections. Because of the personalized nature of these items, all sales are final once an order is placed.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details—including photos, cropping, quantities, and shipping information—are correct at the time of purchase. Teathers is not responsible for errors made during the ordering process.

Image Quality & Cropping

Uploaded images are printed as submitted. Image quality, resolution, and cropping previews are provided during upload to help customers see how their magnets or products will appear. Teathers is not responsible for low-resolution images, poor lighting, or image choices that affect final print quality.

Color Variations

Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, printing processes, and image quality. Minor color variations are normal and do not qualify for refunds or replacements.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Teathers reserves the right to update pricing or product offerings at any time without prior notice. Payment must be received in full before production begins.

Shipping & Delivery

Production times may vary. Teathers is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact Teathers within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue and the order number. Approved claims will receive a replacement at no additional cost.

Intellectual Property

Customers confirm they have the legal right to use and reproduce any images uploaded to Teathers. Teathers is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations related to customer-submitted content.

Limitation of Liability

Teathers shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Changes to Terms

Teathers reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
