Return & Refund Policy

Because all of our products are custom-made using your personal photos, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review your images carefully before submitting your order. You will be able to see how your photos are cropped during the upload process, and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure images are uploaded correctly.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact Teathers within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue and your order number. We will gladly offer a replacement for items damaged during shipping or due to a production error.

Shipping Issues

Teathers is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Color & Image Disclaimer

Please note that colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, image quality, and printing processes. Minor variations do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
