Processing Time
All items from Teathers are custom-made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. Processing times may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via USPS or another reliable carrier selected by Teathers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Delivery Time
Delivery times are estimated by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Teathers is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Teathers is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees to be resent.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Teathers is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers are encouraged to check with neighbors or their local post office if a package is missing.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact Teathers within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Local Pickup
Local pickup options may be available for select orders. When choosing local pickup, no shipping fees will be charged. Pickup instructions will be provided after purchase.
International Shipping
At this time, Teathers ships within the United States only. (Optional—can remove or adjust if needed.)
